Big corporations and (in Wise Renting's case) Slumlords, are working desperately to keep you uneducated and misinformed. For them, an uneducated and misinformed consumer is a profitable consumer. They also want to abuse you in way that they can.

If you are an educated and well-informed consumer, then these companies and slumlords are now powerless. Now they can be held accountable.

Our rating program will set the world straight on how to hold an honest, straightforward and fair business. Our rating system is more than fair. While it's been proven that credit bureaus are infested with errors and the credit bureaus doesn't care about the facts, but we do! It take 2 weeks to a month before we will place a rating (good or bad) against a landlord. It also takes 2 weeks to rate each landlord. We check the reports for errors or mistaken identities.
